Nádia Dietrich
Nádia Dietrich holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from PUC-PR, a specialization in Business Engineering and Economics from FAE-PR, and an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She has developed her career in the oil and gas sector, leading strategic projects for over 18 years.
She has been at the forefront of operational and financial management of large-scale projects, simultaneously leading up to 32 projects with more than 2,000 employees, including scope control, risk management, schedule management, budget management, and performance indicator management. She has a strong track record in defining financial strategies, implementing KPIs per project, and reporting results to shareholders and investors.
She has worked directly on the implementation and integration of ERP systems, involving areas such as finance, purchasing, logistics, human resources, and operations, as well as process optimization and the structuring of operational and administrative controls.
She played a central role in implementing corporate governance, structuring the administrative and fiscal councils, working with the company's Board, and coordinating audits conducted by firms such as KPMG and Ernst & Young.
Until September 2025, she served as Executive Director of the Medless Group, leading the sale of the group to a pharmaceutical company.
In addition to her work as a business planning consultant at Savitri Business Consulting, she is an investor in various projects and co-founder of the podcasts Health Talks and Danicast, as well as the "The Awakening" methodology.
